Hi iam new in game and i want to know some in formation about this new server 

1_ is server is ip blocked in the north africia iam from egypt so can play game with vpn or without?

2_ server will be activity and more communicty with more people or what i wish it can be crowed 🤗

3_ patches of new server will be equal to of official server (europe& NA)
