Everytime I access the forum here I find forum headings in Turkish despite having website language changed to English. Is anyone else here encountering the same issue?
Also, I believe we should have the forum displays in a similar way to that of NA/EU. It's not that we have many languages to make us scroll down more. Besides, the English forum is quite inactive and I am quite sure that there are Turkish players who know English and would love to participate in discussion with other non Turkish players.
you can scroll down on the website and change the Language to English like this photo
Same here Clementiel
Even after the change, it's still the same Jimmy
Edit
You also can't see all the Forums and opened Discussion if you are in English see example 1 and 2
Turn the Language to Turkish and translate the page fixed the issue for me but then you only see Turkish post and not English posts
The amount of English Supports seems to be like 5 or less can any 1 confirm this?
Example 1
Example 2
@Jımmy, my language setting is always in English. It's just the forum is messed up; it creates a lot of confusion to many users. I had to create external links just to be able to access the English forum becuase whenever I do it directly from the website, it disaplays the Turkish version but for English users as if there are 3 versions on the forum; Turkish, English and Turkish/English (mixed up).
I think the most interesting thing to note here is it appears to be almost exclusively BDO Supporters commenting in the forums.
One can extrapolate its because we all offered to help, so are interested in helping...
...in order to drum up more active participation here first step is to make the forums more user friendly, so 100% agree with you on this. Englishify better, and look at mirroring this on the Steam Forums (inactive), and make in game links to forum discussions.
The main thing to remember though is the conversion team here at MENA is very small, so they do have limited resources for these things, hence the BDO Supporter drive initially (I imagine).
Ultimately I'd be quite happy doing first level support in exchange for in game items for me and my guild, things like 5 billion Timber Squares for example -_-
