1. Close Bdo game/game launcher that opens when launching game via stea,mm or desktop icon

2. Browse to your steam bdo install folders, Default is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BlackDesert

3. Run "BlackDesertLauncher.exe" from install directory, NOT from steam. dont worry you do not have to login

4. clock cog wheel icon in the launcher top right side

5. change the last dropdown box to from "TR-TR" to "EN-US", then click "Tamam", and once new window pops up click "Tamam" again. the launcher will close

6. run "BlackDesertLauncher.exe" again from the install folder, all text should be english on the launcher at this stage.  If not, repeat steps above.

7. Once everything runs and English is displayed on the non steam bdo launcher, close the launcher and run game normally through steam

(NOTE: you do not have to change the "Language" drop down, that is set ingame using preferences.
