Hello,
This is not the place to complain about my issue. But unfortunataly GMs not replaying my tickets for more than 1 week.
I need Admin checking my payment tickets and reply on those tickets please.

actually im also having a ticket for a non proper purchase of that Gold package (1+1),
but for the last 3 days its stil at invistigarion status...
pretty sure they are kinda too busy atm
