hopefully this message will reach a GM or someone who can help

These season levleing aid boxes are bound to your level

basically here is my problem i was at lv-53 on my season character

and i was busy grinding since i have the xb buffs are one

so i carried on untill i hit lv-54 and thought i will open theses boxes later

but now i can't it just give me the message that i havent met the condiotion

im lv-54 stuck with a lv-53 box which i cant open

hopefully this will get fixed with the next maintenance 

i really love this game and will continue playing it 

please help me to deliver this message to whome it might concern
