So firstly, apologies for asking something that has probably already been covered.  I haven't been able to find the info I need in the FAQ, trying to contact support only leads to 404 errors and when searching the forums no topics/posts appeared regarding my query.

Anyways,  roughly 2 days ago I deleted a character (as in it's been roughly 48hrs since the 24hr period to delete a character ended) I tried to make a new character using the same name as the one that was deleted however the name I want to use for that character is apparently unavailable. Is there a certain amount of time that has to pass before I can use this name again? Is there anyway to get in touch with someone from support who could verify this?

Some clarity on this would be appreciated.

Just a side note, I decided to test this for myself by making a character with a name that someone probably wouldn't want to use, logged in to the game, played around for a bit and then deleted that character, waited 24hrs, checked to see if the name was available but it isn't.
