During the Event Period which is from July 20, 2022 (Wed) after maintenance to December 28, 2022 (Wed) before maintenance, do the special event quests from the Black Spirit ( [Event] Taking it To the next Level 0/2 ) as shown on the picture down below 

As rewards, you get both the  Blood-eyed Visor & Blood-eyed Earrings

The good part here is that the Blood-eyed Visor & Blood-eyed Earrings are Family-bound items that can be equipped by all classes.

Note : The event quests can be completed only once per Family.
