Grow your Fox Cub into a Mystical Nine-tailed Fox and take it to Dongbaek in Velia to get:

The Mystical Nine-tailed fox normal exchange can only be completed once all the once per family quests have been completed (One-tailed to Nine-tailed exchanges).

Also, we got extra [Event] Fox Orb x3

 The following exchange quests and items will be deleted at the end of the event: [Event] Fox Orb, [Event] Fox Cub, [Event] Fox Spirit, One-Tailed ~ Nine-Tailed Fox Cub. 

If you want to change a fox back into a Fox Orb, Visit Dongbaek in Velia, and you will be able to exchange you One-tailed Fox Cub – Nine-tailed Fox Cub back into a Fox Orb and Fox Cubs as manytime as you want:
