Now that you PA knew the damage that your cash shop can do without the limitations i would recommend you that you listen more to your players and add the 5 items limits just like in EU/NA. With that you prolly wont dissapoint the players (wich you have dissapointed a lot already).

Also since you now we got your attention aswell we would like aswell the removal of Valk Cry and then probably all the players you lost this days for sure they will come back.
