how populated is the game ?

Looks healthy for now. Recent pay2win fiesta made some players that were playing on other regions return to their old accounts.

My guild Disaster is populated with many players who played on EU and they are making full transition to MENA, trusting community and management.

The game is losing non-mmorpg fans that started the game with a hype.However, this is completely normal.

With more streamers and content makers start to work on BDO-Turkish and Arabic content the population will grow just fine unless management does another huge mistake.

Server being Turkey and MENA will draw hardcore mmorpg players that are currently enjoying other game titles due to irl friendships(lol mmorpg playas and irl ikr).
