Hello, Black Desert Online Mena Server Team.
After updating on 14.03.2018, he made a bug in this game. Horses are jumping in level. This level is reset after you leave the game. The horse's skill remains constant.
As you can see in this picture 2 level horses have 16 skill is open.
This case was reported to the team turkey. There are many topics in the forum but there are no answers. We expect an answer from you.

We understand that you've encountered an issue with game data not saving properly for your horse.
As you may know, this problem occurred as of the maintenance on 3/15 (Thu).
The problem was fixed as of 3/19 (Mon) around 4:30 pm (GMT+3).
We are terribly sorry for the confusion and inconvenience caused by the problem.
