Hello Adventurers!
Although some improvements have been made, many Adventurers are still having lag issues.
Due to the complexity of Black Desert, not all lag problems have just one cause / solution.
So we started this thread so that you can share information with us, and share any solutions you may have found with other Adventurers.

The nature of MMORPGs like Black Desert is very demanding on your PC / network due to the sheer number of packets.
There are some basic solutions you can try if you haven't already:
1.    Close all other programs running in the background to secure memory
2.    Lower graphics and gameplay settings
3.    Check your connection (reset your router / modem if possible)
Of course, you might have tried these already since they're very basic.
If you have other information or solutions, please feel free to share them here.

For suggestions on specifics, you can list your conditions such as ISP, what's happening in the game usually when lag happens (Kzarka, Conquest War, etc), computer specs, internet specs, use of VPN, etc).

Please keep in mind that this thread is for discussion on lag issues only. Any non-relevant discussion will be blinded.
If there are other topics you'd like to discuss, please suggest it elsewhere in the forum and we will consider creating official threads for those topics too.

Do all the above then smart GM's have an event where 5000 people go to one boss, and it basicaly DDOS anyone on a connection that isnt 100mb fibre.

You people are clueless.
