so i send them ticket but no answer only copy and past ansewr i want 2 know why i get banned
i never use bot or even vpn i just being doing normal life skill and farming i do trade farming  and fishing for 10h a day and do the rest AFK and like that i'm a life skill player so please what illegal program i use?
i send 4 ticket and all i get copy and past answer 4 time not once 4 times

Well, I wouldn't know whether you did cheat or not.

But from experience when someone tells me that he fishes for 10h a day then do some AFK (I hereby assume that you meant active fishing), I would call dibs on (BS)

I wouldn't stand fishing for 3-4 minutes, as a matter of fact I hate the process, I'd not even leave my character afk fishing (feels like an insult, self-opinionated).

Edit: if you've got the time to color, enlarge the font etc, it wouldn't hurt you to use a complete word (Banned) instead of (band) and maybe (illegal) instead of (illergal), not that I'm mocking you, but it seems you're capable of typing it that way.

The problem here is manpower.

The BDO TSR program list uses a wierd combination of CRC checking and there are invariably cheater programs that emulate normal apps.

What results is a badly implemented policy where certain legitimate programs will result in a false negative being returned and your account flagged and banned.

False negatives can also be produced if you are infected with malware or a virus.

What you need to do is do a full system scan using programs like Malware Bytes and Avast! to make sure you are clean. You also need to uninstall random proprietary applications such as wierd little timers or chat programs you might have.

Contacting Support though....is another issue. If the game tells them you have a cheat progam installed, they will believe the game first, and not you.

Guess how many emails they get from people who are real cheaters, who claim to not have programs installed that are illegal? I'm guessing 100's.

Unfortunately for you, if you look at EVERY BDO forum on ALL servers....BDO policy is fixed. Once banned you stay banned. Every forum post I have found of people legitamately contesting bans is exactly the same.

Rules are there for a reason, however I must agree with you that no recourse for contesting bans is not good company policy. However, it is in their Terms of Service, so techincally you agreed to possibly have your account banned and not be allowed to question it.
