Greetings, Adventurers.  

In 2020, we introduced the Request Chat Ban function to empower Adventurers to manage inappropriate chat and foster a healthy community together. 

Thanks to your active participation, this function has played a positive role in maintaining a clean chat environment. 

However, there have been cases where this function was abused to harass other players, contrary to its original intent. 

Despite our efforts to prevent such issues, such as implementing the Chat Ban Reason, the function was continuously abused. 

Accordingly, we will further strengthen monitoring of such abuse of the Request Chat Ban function. 

In the case of intentional and repeated abuse of this function without a valid reason to disrupt another Adventurer’s gameplay, strict action will be taken in accordance with the operational policy.  

We will continue to do our best to ensure that all Adventurers can enjoy their journey in a healthy and pleasant environment.
