Please check the steps below to fix the issue:

< Solution.1 > Update Windows Audio Driver

  Visit website of the Audio Driver Producer.

  Download and Update to the latest ver.

  
  

< Solution.2 > Turn off Sound Effect

• 
  

  Go to  Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound

  
  

• 
  

  Go to [Playback] and right-click the Speaker you are using and go to Properties.

  
  

• 
  

  Go to [Enhancements] and click ‘Disable all enhancements’, and then click OK.
