The issue, where rewards would occasionally not be received after a team match in Shadow Arena: Battle Royale, has been resolved during the maintenance on 2/13 (Wed).

Adventurers will now receive rewards normally.

After the maintenance on 01/30, rewards would occasionally not be received for team match in Shadow Arena: Battle Royale.

We apologize for our delayed response, as it is taking time for us to determine the cause of this phenomenon. 

Once the data is verified for Adventurers who did not normally receive rewards, then they will receive their missing rewards in the following week.

There will also be a notice as soon as this problem is resolved. Until then, we will continue to send out any rewards that are confirmed to be missing.
