Currently, some Adventurers who login to Black Desert through a Steam account will be incorrectly connected to a different server instead of the Turkey server. 

We are currently investigating and looking to resolve this issue; we will update you as soon as this issue is resolved. 

Until this issue is resolved, we ask our Adventurers who are encountering this issue to refrain from playing the game and recharging Acoin. In addition, we ask you to send us a copy of the following files from your Black Desert installation folder by submitting a ticket to our [Customer Support]. 

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this sudden and unexpected issue, and will strive to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
