Announcement Regarding the [Get Black Desert for Free] Event
Greetings Adventurers,
Among the Families that received permanent access from the [Get Black Desert for Free] event that’s been held several times, we’ve identified that characters of some Families did not reach the required levels and received permanent access.
These Families will only be able to retain their Permanent Access privileges if they reach the level requirement before the scheduled maintenance on May 27 (Wed).
Impacted Families will also be separately notified by in-game mail. Please refer below for more details.

■ Total of Two Permanent Access Events
December 4, 2019 (before maintenance) - January 3, 2020 at 05:59
January 22, 2020 (before maintenance) - February 6, 2020 at 05:59

※ Impacted Adventurers must reach the required level by the scheduled maintenance on May 27 (Wed). If the requirements are not meant, you will lose Permanent Access.
※ Any violations of the Operational Policy and/or Black Desert Event Rules may result in retrieval of events rewards and penalties in accordance with the Operational Policy.
