There is currently an issue where you may not be able to login normally to the Black Desert website using your Steam account. As a result, we have blocked the ability to login to our website using a Steam account as a temporary measure while we investigate.  
 
Please refer below for more details regarding this matter.

- May 14, 2020 (Thu) at approximately 11:00

■ Details of Measure 

- Temporarily blocked ability to login to the Black Desert website using a Steam account 

■ Impact 

- Unable to comment/post on the Black Desert official website community 

- Unable to login to submit a ticket to Customer Support  

※ You can still play Black Desert normally through Steam.  

If you need to contact Customer Support, please select the [Other] category to submit a ticket.  

※ Please make sure to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a ticket otherwise it may be difficult for us to assist you in your concern.  

We will provide an announcement once this matter is resolved, and we will do our utmost to provide a stable service.
