Greetings Adventurers,  

We discovered an issue where certain Adventurers who graduated from the Summer Season servers could not use the [Season] Boss Gear Exchange Coupon to exchange their converted Tuvala gear for Boss gear.  

■ Adventurers who are unable to complete the boss gear exchange quest 

Adventurers who did not graduate before the end of the Summer Season 

※ This issue will be resolved during the maintenance on September 9, 2020 (Wed).  

■ How to exchange Boss Gear after the September 9th maintenance 

① Complete the quest [Season] Fughar's Special Gift (Rewards you with 1 Black Spirit Emoji (Permanent)) 

② Accept the quest [Season] Even Sharper Weapon OR [Season] Even Sturdier Armor from the NPC Fughar to acquire the Boss gear.  

* If you do not have a [Season] Boss Gear Exchange Coupon in your inventory, you will not be able to complete the quest [Season] Even Sharper Weapon or [Season] Even Sturdier Armor. 

* Exchanging Tuvala gear to Boss gear will lower the enhancement level by one stage: “PEN (V)” → TET (IV)”, “TET (IV) → TRI (lll)”
