There is currently an issue where War Heroes for a Guild Alliance are unable to collect their participation rewards. (War Heroes for a single guild are still able to receive their rewards.)

We are investigating the issue and working to fix it as soon as possible. Please note that Adventurers who participated as a War Hero for a Guild Alliance and did not receive their rewards will be sent their missing rewards at a later date.
