We confirmed that there were difficulties with connecting to certain servers in the world of Black Desert on August 19th, from 19:01- 19:02.

The cause of the issues were determined to be external factors. However, damage that was caused during those times (destroyed crystals, experience loss, use of resurrection items) will be restored during the August 24th regular maintenance.

We're currently investigating the error that caused the connection to drop. In the coming days, on behalf of the losses due to this situation, We will inform you.
