We are announcing a way to fix the issue where the client would crash due to ‘lack of memory’.

The message ‘Client will be terminated due to lack of memory’ appears and stops you from entering the game.

You will be able to fix this issue by following the steps below:

■ Solution

1. Open this folder inside your Black Desert game folder.

2. Delete ‘Character_Custom.bcf’ file in the folder.

3. Try restarting your client.

4. If the issue is still not fixed, then delete the ‘Cache’ folder then restart your client.
