For those affected by this issue where you were abnormally connected to a different region after the 100% Steam discount promotion on February 27 at 18:00, please remove the game from your Steam library, and we will provide further details in a separate notice in the future.
There is currently an issue where the connection to the game is behaving abnormally when first installing and running Black Desert through the Steam platform. As a result, we have temporarily suspended the ability to sign-up for membership through the Black Desert launcher. We are currently investigating and looking to resolve this issue; we will update you as soon as it is resolved.
