Post-Quest Prize Draw Event Winners

We’re announcing the winners of the Post-Quest Prize Draw Event. For this event, users had to complete the given quest chain during the event period (02/01 ~ 03/08). Here are the winners for the Post-Quest Prize Draw Event! We would like to sincerely congratulate the winners.

- The winners list is based on the account name at the end of the event.

- Please send us the personal information by March 16, 2018 (Fri) to receive the reward.

- We will send an email to the winners on March 9. So please send us the event name, ID(Account), your name, delivery address and your mobile number to BDTR-cs@pearlabyss.com.

- If you didn’t receive our email, please check your spam mail. If you contact us through our customer support center, we can send the email again.

- The prizes will be shipped based on the latest information in the system you’ve submitted before the deadline for personal information input.

* If you submit incorrect personal information you may be omitted from prize shipping, so please be careful when sending us your information.

- The prize is scheduled to be sent on April 6, 2018 (Fri). If there are any changes made to the shipping schedule, we will notify you with an announcement.

- The prize can be subject to change, to a product within the same price range, based on the availability of stock.

- You will be disqualified from the event if you try to gain an unfair advantage by using improper methods to win the prize.

- The adventurers who are enjoying the Black Desert in a country where the game is serviced through another country's publisher will be excluded from the event.
