1. Introduction

Preonne Accessories are new Life Skill Accessories that can be upgraded to DEC enhancement level 

• Preonne Accessories were added along with the increase in Life Skill Mastery cap from 2000 to 3000
• The Preonne Accessories share the same set effects as Manos Life Skills that give bonus EXP 
• Preonne accessories are unique in that they do not get destroyed upon enhancement failure
• You can obtain Preonne accessories by exchanging enhanced Manos accessories via exchange quests

2. Preonne Accessories

These new accessories are the new Best in Slot accessories for life skilling, they can be upgraded to DEC with higher stats than the Manos accessories.

DEC (X) Preonne Necklace and Belt also have an additional bonus of Life Skill Mastery +250 effect which will help with pushing up Life Skill mastery now that the cap has increased. 

The Preonne Accessories can be purchased from the Central Marketplace and their prices are linked to the required Manos accessories needed to enhance them which we'll go over later.

4. How to Obtain Preonne Accessories

In order to obtain the Preonne Accessories, you can visit Liana in any of the major towns to exchange your Manos accessories for Preonne Accessories.

You can exchange different enhancements of Manos Accessories in exchange for higher enhancements. After you've completed the first exchange quests, they'll be replaced with a generic daily exchange quest with no exchange limit:

If you hand over the accessory but don't receive your quest reward accessory you will lose your Manos accessory 

So make sure you're careful when handing over the accessory, just complete it on the spot to make sure you get your Preonne Accessory in return. 

If you hand over a PEN Manos Accessory, the OCT Preonne Accessory will have your family name engraved on it, just as if it were the PEN. 

You can also purchase the accessories of the Central Marketplace as seen above, be sure to check on the prices and compare with Manos accessories first.

According to the patch notes the prices of Preonne accessories are linked to the enhancement level of the Manos accessories needed for the exchange quests. 

On a closer look at the base accessory here, you can see that it resembles the price of a TRI Manos which is needed to create the base Preonne. 

You still may be able to save some silver depending on the Central Marketplace stock availability, so keep this in mind if you're looking to purchase a Preonne Accessory. 

5. Enhancing Preonne Accessories

Thankfully, enhancing Preonne Accessories using Cron Stones lets you prevent level drops when enhancing, making it less punishing to enhance them. 

The rates are a little more forgiving too, but it still uses a fixed enhancement chance, so no bonuses from fail stacks here either but there's also no need to build a fail stack in order to enhance them so there's pros and cons.
