DEADEYE
Deadeye is primarily a ranged class, but she had some unexpected advantages in close-quarters combat against melee classes.
To address this, we've tweaked the defensive effects on some of Deadeye's skills, reducing her effectiveness in close-range fights.

  • [Nova] Quoratum's Guard, Prime: Distorted Guard - Fixed the issue where the All Damage Reduction Increase effect could be stacked with those of other skills.
  • [Deadeye] Max Pain - Fixed the issue where performing the skill backwards during cooldown with regular ammo would grant a longer Invincible effect for PvE only.
  • [Wukong] Tormenting Spike, Upheaval, Heaven’s Pivot - Fixed the issue where the description mentioned Accuracy under Shadow Effects.
  • [Wukong] Gotcha! - Fixed the issue where targets would sometimes stand up too quickly after being hit by the skill.
  • [Wukong] Gotcha! - Reduced the distance targets are thrown by the skill by approx. 25%. Increased the Knockdown hit detection range by approx. 25%.
  • [Wukong] Stretch!, Impale! - Fixed the issue where the skills did not apply the Down Attack effect when used in Fighting Buddha state.

Arena of Solare

A new Arena of Solare season is just around the corner.
This time, we've revamped the scoring system to better differentiate ranks based on Arena points, introduced a new battlefield, and made balance changes to certain equipment.
On top of that, rewards for matches above the Shining Spear emblem have been upgraded, and a new victory pose feature has been added to make your wins feel even more rewarding. We hope you'll dive into the new Arena of Solare season and enjoy all the new updates.

For this Arena of Solare regular season, we're introducing a standardized investigation process and strengthened penalty guidelines to take firm action against proxy play (account piloting/boosting). These measures are applied uniformly across all regions.
 
If account boosting is detected in Arena of Solare ranked matches, access to the Arena will be immediately suspended, and the account will be removed from the rankings and ineligible for season rewards. In addition, per our Operations Policy, further penalties such as game access restrictions may be applied, and participation in official Black Desert tournaments and events will be suspended for six months.
 
We ask for your cooperation in maintaining a fair, enjoyable play environment, and we will continue to do our utmost to support these efforts.

Black Shrine Donghae (Solo)

  • Applied the following changes to Gumiho Calamities 8 to 10:
    • Changed the conditions for Fox Orbs to appear during the Fox Statue mechanic.
      • Fox Orbs no longer spawn randomly; instead, fewer orbs appear depending on the time taken to enter the mechanic.
      • Enter the mechanic within 30 sec - 1 orb spawns
      • The number of required orbs will increase by 1 every 30 sec after, with up to 9 orbs appearing after approx. 4 min
    • Changed the cooldown for some of Gumiho’s Invincible mechanics: 15 sec → 25 sec
 

Atoraxxion - The Final Gladios

  • Removed or adjusted the Invincible effect on certain attacks from Illezra's Dark Shadows that appear during the Final Gladios encounter.
  • Improved the Heart of Atomagia fight so that once all Illezra's Dark Shadows summoned during the battle are defeated, the Ancient Weapon that was chasing Adventurers stops moving, allowing you to always attack the Heart of Atomagia.
 

Edania Monster Zones

  • [Aetherion Castle] Improved so that when Black Wings appears, the surrounding Darktouched Spirits are Stunned.
  • [Nymphamaré Castle] Decreased the respawn time for Coral Naga and Coral Dreamfish by 1 sec.
  • [Orbita Castle] Improved the bonus mechanic so that when the Gravewarden of Dusk is affected by the cleansing explosion from Orbita Grave of Light’s ominous rift, its defeat appears more natural.
 

Edania Boss Subjugation

  • Removed the Forward Guard effect for certain Rusalka attacks during [Weekly] For the Throne: Nymphamaré.

 

World Bosses - Quint, Muraka

  • Added rewards for the top 20 contributors to defeating World Bosses Quint and Muraka.
    • The rules for contributing to defeating World Bosses Quint and Muraka have been refined as follows:
      • Before: Top 70% / Below Top 70%
      • After: Top 20 / Top 70% / Below Top 70%

 


 

  • Changed so that when you are hit by Spook while continuously subjugating in the same spot, your HP is reduced by 100%.


NODE/CONQUEST WAR

Cadria Elephants showed balance differences in Node/Conquest War depending on tier-applied AP and participant counts. To reduce tier variance, we capped their maximum AP at 395 (the Tier 1 limit), so elephant damage is now consistent across all tiers. We also adjusted its DP to ensure their effectiveness does not drop at specific tiers.
  • Applied a max AP limit to Cadria Elephants in Conquest and Node Wars.
    • Max AP Limit: 395 (based on Total Stats)
    • Any AP exceed the max limit will not be applied.
    • The DP of Cadria, Erdal, and Ancado Elephants have been adjusted, accordingly.


NPC, BACKGROUND, SOUND

  • Updated the Arena of Arsha in preparation for the Master Class 2025 tournament.
 
  • Changed the appearance of several buildings near Dernyl Farm.
    • Drunkard Denis’ pathing for the Serendia region quest “No Credit!” has been adjusted, accordingly.
    • The location of Wicked Cultists placed near the area have also been changed.


UI

Enhancement UI

  • Added the "View Advice of Valks List" button at the bottom of the Enhancement Inventory window.
  • Modified the Enhancement Chance icons so that clicking them now opens the Increase Chance window.
  • Changed the location for Advice of Valks in Find My Item (CTRL+F) from “Enhancement Inventory” to “Advice of Valks List.”
  • Fixed the issue where the Target list did not refresh immediately after removing gear from the Enhancement screen.
 

 
  • Added the #CombatEXP tag to the following monster zones in Monster Zone Info UI:
    • Aetherion, Nymphamaré, Orbita, Tenebraum, Zephyros, Gyfin Rhasia Temple (Underground)
  • Changed the event icon color for the Events window at the top of the screen to red.
    • Added a banner to the right of Menu (ESC) to open the Events window.
  • Improved the Arena of Solare banner so that clicking it now opens the page through the Adventurer’s Board in-game.
