🎁 How to run a Guild Event!
- Guild event period and review submission From December 12, 2025, after the winner announcement until December 29, 2025, 23:59
- After the event ends Please upload a verification post to the Screenshots & Clips. Add the tag [Guild Event Support] and your guild name, and include details of the event.
- For reward distribution An Adventurer with the Guild Master role must respond to the Submit Guild Event Details survey, either Individual or Team.
- If both Individual and Team surveys are submitted rewards will be given based on the event plan submission.
- If the Family Name is entered incorrectly rewards will not be given. Please submit again with the correct Family Name.
- The event review post and the survey must be submitted by an Adventurer with the Guild Master role.
- Until rewards are distributed you must remain in the guild where the event was held.
*Notes
- If your guild is among the selected guilds, you’ll need to post a review on the Screenshots & Clips within seven days after the event ends. Be sure to include the [Guild Event] tag and your guild name in the title and event screenshots and a brief summary of the results in the content.
- During your guild event, a [GM] may drop by the event location for a surprise visit.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to use any content submitted for this event, including screenshots and videos, for promotional purposes. These materials may be featured on various platforms, such as our official website and social media channels, without time or location constraints.
- If the Guild Master is unable to submit the proposal or result report, a Guild Advisor may submit it on their behalf. - The number of winners may adjust depending on participant numbers.
- Participants whose guild, Family, or character names contain inappropriate content may be disqualified from winning.
- Event details and duration are subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be announced on this event page without separate notices.
