1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_TR.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Notices Jul 12, 2019, 05:11 (UTC+3) [Notice] Regarding the Issue Where the NPC “Give Gift” Function Increases Favor Abnormally

Hello Adventurers,

 

We are aware of the issue where favor would increase abnormally if some items were given as a gift to an NPC after the update on July 10 (Wed).

We apologize for the inconvenience that may have arisen in your gameplay experience as a result of this issue.  


On July 10, the [Known Issues II] was updated with this issue, and we temporarily disabled the NPC “Give Gift” function with an additional client patch to prevent the abnormal abuse and increase of NPC favor.

Additionally, when this issue is resolved during the maintenance on July 17, we will revert any relevant increase of favor and restore the gifted items resulting from this issue.

We will strive to provide the best service possible.
