Black Desert+ Changes & Fixes

● [IOS] Fixed the issue where your application would be stuck on the loading screen if you hadn't enabled push alerts.
● [IOS] Changed to now send you to your device settings when you re-enable push alerts.
● Improved the landing screen for the app.
●  [AOS] Fixed the Boss Notification alert vibration to now activate properly when your phone is set to Manner Mode.
