Greetings Adventurers!

As you may already know, we will be hosting our first-ever global ball to mark the 1st anniversary of Pearl Abyss’ direct service of Black Desert in Korea.

To everyone who applied to receive Princess Jarette’s Invitation, thank you! To those who unfortunately did not receive an invitation, we’d like to ask for your understanding in being unable to send out invitations to more Adventurers.

Invited Adventurers, please make sure to check out the information below to get ready for the event; we hope you’ll have an enjoyable time at our first-ever online, global ball—Heidel Ball: AT HOME!

Don’t worry if you didn’t get an invitation! You can still join us through the Black Desert official livestream and from the Black Desert world, so please tune in!

- [Princess Jarette’s Invitation] will be sent by in-game mail during the maintenance on May 27, 2020 (Wed).

How to Use [Princess Jarette’s Invitation]

- On May 30, 2020 (Sat) in the Rulupee-2 server, the [Heidel Ball] Usher will appear at the Heidel crossroad.

- Complete the [Princess Jarette’s Invitation] quest and you’ll be moved to the banquet hall for the Heidel Ball.

- Right-click [Princess Jarette’s Invitation] for more details and information.

* The “Princess Jarette’s VIP” is a permament Title

* Complete the [Princess Jarette’s Invitation] quest from the [Heidel Ball Usher] to receive the “Princess Jarette’s VIP” Title as a reward.

* Open the Heidel Ball Outfit Gift Box to obtain a Heidel Masquerade outfit.

* If a Striker, Archer, Shai, or Guardian character opens the Heidel Ball Outfit Gift Box, they will receive the following outfits.

- Striker: Syahzar Outfit (Helmet, Armor, Gloves)

- Archer: Gierach (Helmet, Armor, Gloves, Shoes)

- Shai: Florchestra (Headband, Robe, Shoes)

- Guardian: Ynixtra Outfit (Headpiece, Clothes, Gloves, Shoes)

* Rewards will be sent by in-game mail during the maintenance on May 27 (Wed).

Q&A Details

- Adventurers who are selected to receive [Princess Jarette’s Invitation] will be separately contacted by email.

- You send your questions to the Black Desert developers by video. The video you submit can be used during the [Black Desert Heidel Ball: AT HOME], and if your is used during the live broadcast, you will get the [Black Desert Goods Package] as a reward.

- If you were not selected to receive [Princess Jarette’s Invitation] and you submit questions for the Q&A, then your questions may not be included in the Q&A.
- The [Black Desert Goods Package] contains the following:

* Plastic Black Spirit Figure

* Black Desert Mousepad

* Black Spirit Plushie

* Black Spirit Stress Ball

- If your account is restricted for violating the Terms of Service before the delivery of the event prizes, you may be disqualified and have the prizes withdrawn even after being selected

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.

- There may be restrictions on trading/selling event items, and they may have usage expiration dates and different binding settings. These items cannot be transferred or restored due to this reason.

- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods will result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward and restriction from the game.
