- Please make sure to carefully decide on which package you will purchase. Once you’ve purchased one of the Silver/Bronze/Gold packages, you cannot purchase another package. (Example: If you purchased a Silver package, you cannot purchase a Bronze or Gold package.) 

- Even if you have purchased one of the Bronze/Silver/Gold packages, you can purchase additional packages that are available for sale on the ‘Web Package’ page.  

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page. 

- As stated in the Terms of Service, purchased Acoin and in-game items cannot be refunded.  

- Items or rewards that were sent or used as intended cannot be recovered.  

- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods will result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward and restriction from the game. 

- Unless otherwise stipulated by the relevant law/regulation and/or explicitly in the service articles, purchased web packages and the items included in these packages are not eligible for a refund once finalized.
