As announced in the [Introduction of EAC (Easy Anti-Cheat)] notice, we will be changing Black Desert’s security module to EAC (Easy Anti-Cheat). 

However, as Microsoft has stopped supporting the code signing certificate (SHA-1) after February 2nd, 2020, you may need to update/upgrade your OS to use the latest version of EAC.  

※ If you are not using the latest updates for Windows 7 or an older version of Windows (XP, Vista, etc.), you may be unable to play Black Desert. 

If you’re PC isn’t running the latest updates for Windows 7 or is an older version of Windows, please refer to the following to avoid any inconveniences to your gameplay.
