Hello, Adventurers.

This is The MMORPG, Black Desert.

There has been a confirmed issue where the game data of mounts not saving properly since the maintenance on 3/15 (Thu). 

This problem occurred when Adventurers retrieved their mounts from the stable, continued playing the game, and then reconnected to the game or changed channels. Since the data from the mount did not save properly, when Adventurers reconnected, the location, EXP and level of the mount returned to the point when the game was originally accessed.

The problem has now been fixed as of 3/19 (Mon) around 4:30pm (GMT+3).

We have determined that the cause of this issue was due to certain mount related features in last week’s patch not applying properly.

We sincerely regret the fact that many Adventurers were inconvenienced by the wasted time and effort.

We are currently contemplating on how to compensate Adventurers so that  those who lost their horse’s EXP and level do not have their time and effort wasted.

Please rest assured that as soon as the compensation has been decided, we will announce the details through an additional notice.

We sincerely apologize again for the inconveniences caused to game play for our Adventurers.
