1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_TR.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Greetings  Adventurers!

This is The MMORPG Black Desert.

 

We will be performing our regularly scheduled maintenance on October 2 (Thu) for our Black Desert game and website services in order to improve these services and bring you the latest updates.

 

There will be no maintenance or content updates on October 9 (Thu), due to a public holiday in Korea.

The next maintenance and content update will take place on Oct 16 (Thu). After that, maintenance will resume as usual.

※ Please Note:
- If you use a Guild, Character, or Family Name Change Coupon after the Oct 2 (Thu) maintenance, your changes will take effect after the Oct 16 (Thu) maintenance.
- The NPC Confess/Dating system, which normally resets during weekly maintenance, will also reset during the Oct 16 (Thu) maintenance.
- Mentee and Mentor rewards, based on stages completed, will be distributed during the Oct 16 (Thu) maintenance. Progress will be counted up to Oct 15 (Wed) at 01:00.

 

During this time, the services undergoing maintenance will be temporarily unavailable.

Game Maintenance

  • Maintenance Period: October 2, 2025 (Thu) 03:00 ~ 07:00 (4 hours, GMT+3)
  • Affected Service(s): Black Desert game servers
  • Impact: All Black Desert servers will be unavailable; Unable to send items in Web Storage to in-game
    • Once maintenance begins, you will be disconnected from the game even if you are waiting in-queue.
    • Please move your character to a safe location (safe zone) before exiting the game/maintenance begins in order to avoid being attacked by monsters or other Adventurers.
    • You may receive an error message if you try to sign-up on our website during the maintenance.
    • If you receive an error message stating that you are already logged in after the maintenance, please try restarting your client.
