Hi

One weeks ago, i purchased prime package of black desert online on steam and when i launched the game, the launcher appeared and it said: "sorry ths page could not be loaded invalid steam account", due to this problem i was not able to create account and play the game. then i decided to submit a ticket for Bdo turkey/mena support team and after several days they asked more information about my region and wether i have this kind of problem on my web version of black desert too or not(keep note that they didnt ask for my steam username). So I gave the information to them and I told em i've never had any problem with web version and I could play the game without any issue. But after that they dont gave any reply and whenever i submit a new ticket they mark it as invastigating and do not answer my question that do they know the solution or not. So I think that they are trying to not assist me because of the special case that I have :(  (I tried several times to browse my problem in google and froums of Bdo websites but could not find anything!) and my question is is there any other alternative way to contact with one of the staffs?
