I already lost two of (Snowflake Rosefinch) but I did not recored and I opened a ticket but did not help. Now I have a video of losing (Polar Bear T3 ) it is named (Love). I did pet exchange to go for T4 pets and then I got a message of ( internal error) then my pet is gone. I have change server and closed the game but that did not recover my pet. Now with that, Please conseder my two (Snowflake Rosefinch) and my Polar bear pet, if you can bring them back or give me a T4 Polar bear pet. as the (Snowflake Rosefinch) lost them the same way I lost my bear
