By Agreeing to receive Black Desert Online's promotional emails within The Event Period October 20, 2021 (Wed) - November 3, 2021 (Wed) before maintenance, you will be able to receive the following rewards : 

- Log in to the official website and check that you have “agreed to receive promotional emails” from The Game, Go to [My Page] > [Account Information] and check the box next to [(Optional Promotions] as shown below :

- The event rewards will be sent as a coupon code to email addresses associated with an account that has “agreed to receive promotional emails.”  

- Accounts that agreed to receive promotional emails before October 20, 2021 (Wed) @ 04:00 have already been sent the coupon code by email.  

- Please check your spam mailbox if you’ve agreed to receive promotional emails but did not receive the coupon code. 

- If this email is in your spam folder, please click on “This is not spam.” to avoid having our emails be sent to your spam folder in the future.   

Event rewards will be sent based on when you give your agreement to receive promotional emails :

- You cannot participate in the event more than once. Only the first time you give your agreement to receive promotional emails will be counted for the event.  

- You can change your “agreement to receive promotional emails” at any time. However, you will be excluded from the rewards if you do not agree to receive promotional emails from The Game.
