Guild House

Last Edited on : May 26, 2026, 12:10 (UTC+3)

Large houses that can accommodate many members are classified as Guild Houses.

As a result, Guild Houses are only found in larger towns. Unlike regular houses purchased with Contribution Points, ownership is decided through an auction bid.

You can place bids through designated NPCs in each town. Once a Guild House is won, all guild members can use it.

Guild House Bidding

To use a Guild House, you must participate in the auction with guild funds and win the bid.

Guild House Auction
Requirements Guild Master or Guild Member with Guild House Auction authority
Auction Times
Regular Auction: Every 2 weeks, Friday 18:00 to Saturday 18:00
Extended Auction: If no winning bid is placed, the bidding period will be extended by 24 hours from 18:00.
Minimum Bid
Regular Auction: 100,000 Silver / Extended Auction: 1/2 of the previous minimum bid
※ Eample: 50,000 Silver after the 1st failed auction / 25,000 Silver after the 2nd failed auction ···
However, if the Guild House was previously owned by another guild, the winning bid of that previous guild becomes the minimum bid.
Example: If Guild A previously won a Guild House for 50,000,000 Silver, the next auction for that house will start with a minimum bid of 50,000,000 Silver.
Usage Conditions
Regular Auction: Guild funds used for the bid are consumed. The house is available for 2 weeks from the winning date until the next regular auction.
Extended Auction: Guild funds used for the bid are consumed. The house is available from the winning date until the next regular auction (less than 2 weeks).
Example: If you win a Guild House on Monday (3 days after the Friday regular auction), you can only use it until 18:00 on the Friday two weeks from the original auction date.
Auction Rules
1. Auctions are held once every two weeks. If no guild places a bid during a regular auction, the auction may fail and be extended.
2. A server-wide notification will announce when an auction has started.
3. You can bid on a Guild House through the designated NPC in its respective city.
( Example: You cannot bid on a Velia Guild House from Mediah.)
4. You can only bid for one guild house per auction period, with up to three bidding attempts.
5. Auctions are private (blind). You cannot see other guilds' bids or whether they have bid.
6. If you place the highest bid, a notification will display: "Your bid of [ ] Silver has been placed as the highest bid."
7. If you fail to win, you can collect your bid amount from the Guild House Auction NPC in the city where you placed the bid.
(Example: If you bid on an Olvia Guild House, you can only withdraw your bid from the NPC in Olvia.)
8. To keep using a Guild House after your ownership period ends, you must win the next auction.

Guild House Management

Guilds that win a Guild House must pay a maintenance fee every day at midnight. The daily maintenance fee is 5% of the winning bid and is automatically deducted from guild funds.

Example: Winning Bid: 100,000,000 Silver / Maintenance Fee: 5,000,000 Silver

If the guild does not have enough guild funds to pay the maintenance fee, the Guild House will enter an unpaid status, which may restrict its use. Guild funds can be earned through various activities, such as Node Wars and selling loot from ocean monsters.

You can use Guild Points to further upgrade your Guild House. As the Guild House is upgraded, you can craft a wider variety of items and expand the Guild Storage.

Guild House Features

Guild Storage

All guild members can access the Guild Storage through the doors or windows of the Guild House. Additionally, you can open and use the Guild Storage at any time from the Guild UI while in town. Only guild-exclusive items with "[Guild]" in their name can be stored in the Guild Storage.

Guild Processing and Crafting

Materials required for Guild Crafting cannot be processed through general methods; they can only be processed in a Guild House.

Enter the Guild House and interact with the door to open the Guild Storage. Place the materials you wish to process, press the L key, and select Guild Processing.

Guild Processing lets you produce permits and materials required for Guild Crafting. Successfully completing Guild Processing grants Guild Activity.

Guild Crafting uses materials processed through Guild Processing. Only the Guild Master has crafting authority, and they can manage Guild Crafting via Manage Production in the Guild UI. Once crafting is complete, the resulting item will be sent to the Guild Storage.

Even without Guild House permissions, you can still collect items that have finished crafting. However, you cannot add more materials to ongoing crafting projects without proper permission.

Raising Elephants

You can raise captured Baby Elephants in a Guild House (available only in Valencia Guild Houses). However, you must first learn the Guild Skill "Monstrous Force" to raise elephants. Materials needed to raise elephants can be purchased from the Guild Shop or obtained through Guild Processing. By learning Monstrous Force Lv. 2 and upgrading the Elephant Nursery to Lv. 2, you can craft elephant equipment.

Building a Galley

If your guild has learned the Guild Skill "Building Boat" and wins certain Guild Houses in Balenos, Mediah, or Olvia, you can craft a Galley. Learn Ruler of the Sea up to Lv. 2 to unlock the Shipyard up to Lv. 2, allowing you to craft Galley equipment.

Crafting Mount Items

If your guild has learned the Guild Skill "Fully Prepared," you can craft items that recover Galley's Power or Elephant's Endurance.

Guild House Ownership

Even if your ownership of a Guild House is transferred to another guild, Guild House upgrade information, Guild Storage items, and ongoing Guild Crafting information will be retained. However, until your guild regains ownership, Guild House use will be restricted, and Guild Crafting will be unavailable.
