🎁 How to Participate

  • Guild Masters can submit their event proposals using the [Submit Guild Event Proposal] button. (Only guilds with 20 or more members are eligible.)
    • Include event date and time, server, and expected number of participants. 
    • Include a description of your planned event.

      • [Example 3] Friendly tournament in Arena of Solare/Arsha
    • Note: Only your most recent proposal will be considered. 
⚠️Important Info for Selected Guild Masters
  • If your guild is chosen, host your event as proposed on the scheduled date.  
  • Afterward, upload an event proof post with screenshots and a summary of the event. 
    • On the official website's Event board, include [Guild Event] in the title along with your guild name and share your event results with screenshots in the post. 
  • Submit your guild event result report. 
    • Details about the result report will be shared later in the winner announcement.

⚠️Please Note

  • Guild events can be team-based. For team events, 1st/2nd/3rd place rewards can be given to up to 3 members each (max 9 members). 
  • Rewards will be distributed after the final confirmation of the proof post as well as the result report. 
    • Make sure all information (such as Family name) is accurate in your report. Incorrect details may result in forfeited rewards. 
    • Only your latest result report will be accepted. 
  • Reward recipients must remain in the guild until rewards are distributed.  
    • If you leave your guild before reward distribution, you won’t receive rewards. 
  • If the Guild Master changes during the event, the new Guild Master will be responsible for the process.

* Notes 
- If your guild is among the selected 30 guilds, you’ll need to post a review on the Event board within seven days after the event ends. Be sure to include the [Guild Event] tag and your guild name in the title and event screenshots and a brief summary of the results in the content. 

- During your guild event, a [GM] may drop by the event location for a surprise visit. 

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to use any content submitted for this event, including screenshots and videos, for promotional purposes. These materials may be featured on various platforms, such as our official website and social media channels, without time or location constraints.  

- If the Guild Master is unable to submit the proposal or result report, a Guild Advisor may submit it on their behalf. 

- Winners will be announced on Dec 11, 2025 (Thu). Please note that the announcement schedule is subject to change. 
- The number of winners may adjust depending on participant numbers. 
- Participants whose guild, Family, or character names contain inappropriate content may be disqualified from winning. 

- Event details and duration are subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be announced on this event page without separate notices.
