To whom it may concern,
I am one of many players of Black Desert Online Turkey and MENA servers. Our server has a huge problem. Server is totally in vacant situation. We can’t understand why but there is always some sort of hack or/and failure in the game services.
A recent example is the situation about the “Would You Be My Friend Event”. Last week our GMs has sent the gifts for this event twice. After that they made an announcement explaining that was a mistake. No one was expecting the consequence would be that ridiculous. They actually made up a price for the items that was given twice and took it from the players’ central market balance. Almost 1 Billion silver was taken from the players.
Punishing lots of players for a mistake that was made by executives who work for you is unacceptable. This will cause people to quit playing which will not make anyone happy. The branch or company who runs MENA and Turkey server has been upsetting lots of players for a long time now (Central Market money BUG) and this needs to stop. What is next? Are we going to be banned for attending an event? You are losing reliability and you don’t seem to care. We love playing this game and we don’t deserve to be punished for other people’s -especially your employees’- faults. The money taken away from the accounts should be returned to the players or at least it should be more reasonable amount.
Turkey and MENA server is bullying the customers of Pearl Abyss and because of that you are not a trusted brand in our region.
Please do something and save us from bully GMs. People are spending their hard-earned cash and lots of time of their life for this game. Seeing everything is wasted is the last thing we want to experience.
To sum up, Turkey and MENA executives don’t care about the customers’ problems. The excuses are worse than the bugs or mistakes. Giving “GM’s Blessing” is not solving anything at all.
