Sent an inquiry or a ticket but haven't gotten any response in 2 days is the service here slow or what?

I've just completed reaching level 56 as well completing the awakening quest, because I've seen the news site that if done i'll be getting the starter package, otherwise have I just completely wasted my time when i could have enjoyed questing and exploring the game?
 

Edited this to mention that I'm a new player who found out about the 7 day trial challenge from a website, I quickly scurried to download the game to try it out and do the challenge while at it. 

Also I'd like to know the current state of the game  (MENA server specifically) Is it good? Well balanced? Am I able to play PvE and still enjoy the game if I avoid PVP or is it focused on PVP more than PvE? If someone can summarize this I would appreciate it thanks!

MENA server got badly affected by recent content update the new central market. It has its cons and pros but more favored toward those who sell stuff. But if you are new, you are likely to struggle buying highly demanded items due to price inflation that is overcontrolled by this market. So, alternatively, you'll have to spend grinding and farming more until you catch up with the other guys who started before you. 

The server is still active. It's just that many were upset about the damage caused by this update. There was abusers and exploiters who were severely punished, yet they still blame PA because it was their fault for introducing a faulty system. 

PvE wise, sadly there isn't much about it except grinding/ farming in places where you want to obtain specific items or good amount of EXP. There is no end game PvE content. Some may tell you that places like Hysteria, Aakman, Mirumok and Gyfin are the current end game places but they don't feature the traditional type of dungeons and boss raids. These just require from you to get highly enhanced gears.

There has been a discussion on NA/EU about ideas to intergerate better PvE contents. We are just crossing our fingers for PA to actually consider expanding the game for PvE players.
