During this Event period which is from June 24, 2021 (Thu) 00:00 until July 7, 2021 (Wed) 23:59, we can get the following items from the Challenge ( Y ) so make sure to stay connected at least 120 minutes to get full items from the Challenge ( Y) once per Family daily.

After you got the mentioned items above, use Processing ( L ) > Simple Alchemy, fuse the [Event] Secret Scroll of Devotion and [Event] Daybreak Stone to create a higher-tiered Secret Scroll. 

Now, to create Advice of valks of your choice, use Processing ( L ) > Simple Alchemy then select the [Event] Secret Scroll of Devotion and Black Stones (Armor/Weapon)
