During the Event Period which is from July 19, 2023 (Wed) after maintenance to August 2, 2023 (Wed) before maintenance,  enjoy The [Event] Terrmian Beach 2023.

Open quests menu ( O ) then head to New into Terrmian Scent of Summer in the Air 0/7

For the first quest, interact with black spirit, click on '' Quests '' then '' Event ''

After completing the first quest you will get 

Right click on the invitation then NPC location which allows you to head to Terrmian Beach location

First thing to do there in my opinion go to '' Papu's ( Donsella ) and Otter's ( Palio ) Shop '' and buy all of their items after that feel free to explore and enjoy the other quests.

Note: Papu and Otter will appear every week from 21:00 on Wednesday to 21:00 on Tuesday.

Right Click on then NPC location

To exchange the coins with the shown items 

Each item can be exchanged once per family.
