I have a ton I mean 99.9% of my friends are either European or Americans and I was deeply saddened when I learned that I cannot play with them because I live in the MENA region. None the less I purchased and greatly enjoyed the game and decided to buy more goodies. 

To cut to the chase my question is will MENA players ever get the chance of hopping on EU servers . AFAIK NA players can hop on EU servers but MENA to NA would be a long shot due to high pings. So if possible what is the time frame I am pretty sure this has been asked before but I googled it and could not find any answers to my question. So I am sorry if this question was asked around 1000 times. To those who answer thank you for your time and effort in responding to my post and have a great day!

Well, I would like to share my experience with you regarding that matter.
I used to play on EU back when I lived in Germany (Was temporary), now you need to understand two distinct things regarding this matter:

1: Developers

2: Publishers

Let's take it slow, these two entities are different,

For instance the developers of BDO (PearlAbyss) and the publishers responsible for the NA/EU Market (Kakao Games) they are bound by a contract/ agreement.

The first party (PearlAbyss henceforth) adheres to provide constant games updates/ patches/ fixes/ modifications/ user experiences/ etc... meanwhile the second party (Kakao Games henceforth) adheres to publish/advertise/ providing support/ etc to the user base.

In this case, the second party owns the NA/EU Market meaning that the first party can't intervene with it's operation process (or per the aforementioned agreement), so asking whether you can move will probably result in a disappointing answer waving at you across the street.

When I moved from Germany to Egypt, I got hit with this incredible fact that I could no longer access my NA/EU account, now although I have lost a good amount of friends and people that I appreciate being around, I do like the fact that the TR/MENA is being both developed and published by PearlAbyss, really makes life easier, we got some cool things that doesn't exist in NA/EU and not to mention that the game is prospering here everyday, progress is easy and fun, instead of putting a 1.1billion silver pre-order on a boss item, yet to fail because NA/EU is THAT crowded :D

All in all, enjoy the game, it literally provides the best experience across the many (what's-in-your-pocket) mmorpgs out there.

In BDO progress is real and can be felt, because whether or not you swipe that card, you still have to do a lot to compete with others.

NA/EU is a single server now, they can not "hop" across :)

BDO has restrictive licensing being a Korean company. Each region has seperate licensing laws regarding returning funds to the Korean mothership, hence multiple server versions all over the planet. SA/SEA/JP/KR/NA-EU/MENA/BR/RU.

Each is run independently by locals, licensed and gaining content from KR.
